Welcome to OELC, the Ontario Educational Leadership Centre.
In partnership with the Ministry of Education, we provide leadership courses for students from across Ontario. Teachers staff our courses. They are selected because of their educational expertise, their understanding of and commitment to leadership, and their belief in students' personal growth and development.
