Each leadership course at the Ontario Educational Leadership Centre has its own distinct staff - a Course Manager, Program Coordinators and teacher facilitators – selected teachers from across the province chosen because of their expertise in the content area as well as their own demonstration and understanding of key leadership practices. The student-to-teacher ratio is a maximum of 15 to 1.

The elementary courses also have counsellors who stay in the cabin with our students. These counsellors are chosen because of their exemplary skills and their positive influence as role models for our participants.

We, of course, have qualified, 24/7 health care on site.
