There are 20 student cabins with up to 16 beds per cabin. Common washroom and shower facilities serve each group of 5 cabins. Boys are placed on the upper cabin line and girls are on the lower cabin line. The Centre can accommodate up to 250 students and 40 staff. Staff accommodations are modern self-contained cabins. Other facilities include several seminar buildings, a field house, maintenance shops, sports fields, a hiking trail, tennis courts, waterfront activity areas, a climbing wall and a low ropes initiatives task course. OELC is a peanut free facility.
