Leadership Courses for Grades 6, 7 and 8 students
(completed the grade as of June 2008)
Elementary Fine Arts Leadership
(Sunday, June 1st to Saturday, June 7th)
This course emphasizes leadership through the arts - dance, drama, music and visual arts. (available for Grade 7 students only)
Gifted Leadership
(Saturday, June 14th to Wednesday, June 18th)
This course will develop leadership in students who have been formally or informally identified as gifted. (available for Grade 6 students only)
Elementary Athletics Leadership
(Sunday, July 13th to Saturday, July 19th)
(Sunday, July 20th to Saturday, July 26th)
(Saturday, July 26th to Friday, August 1st)
In this program, students are provided with leadership development opportunities with a focus on athletics leadership. (for Grades 7 and 8 students)
Summer Elementary Fine Arts Leadership
(Wednesday, August 13th to Tuesday, August 19th)
This course emphasizes leadership through the arts - dance, drama, music and visual arts. (for Grades 7 and 8 students)
Leadership in Diversity
(Tuesday, August 19th to Saturday, August 23rd)
It is the aim of this program to develop race relations skills, attitudes and concepts that will assist them in leadership roles in their schools, communities and homes. The goal is to provide greater cooperation and understanding among diverse cultural and racial groups as identified by Boards of Education and Ministry of Education race relations policies. (for Grades 7 and 8 students)
Sports Secondaire et Intermediare

Ce stage de leadership en français aide au développement en leadership pour les élève du niveau secondaire et intermédiaire qui s'intéresse au sport.
Leadership Courses for Grades 9, 10 and 11 students

Exceptional May Leadership
(Saturday, May 24th to Wednesday, May 28th)
This is a leadership development course with modified program expectations for exceptional students who have access to special education and services.
Secondary Music Leadership
(Sunday, June 22nd to Saturday, June 28th)
Secondary students are given the opportunity to develop skills and experience leadership activities through the medium of music.
Secondary Athletics Leadership
(Sunday, June 29th to Saturday, July 5th)
(Sunday, July 6th to Saturday, July 12th)
This course provides secondary students with leadership skill development through their involvement in athletics.
Secondary Fine Arts Leadership
(Thursday, August 7th to Wednesday, August 13th)
This summer program focuses on leadership in the arts and includes four main arts disciplines - vocal music, visual arts, dance and drama. Besides students from Grades 9, 10 and 11 we welcome back students who participated in the Elementary Fine Arts program in previous years.
Student Council Leadership
(Saturday, August 23rd to Wednesday, August 27th)
This course is designed to develop leadership skills for those students who show an interest in Student Council or other school leadership initiatives.
